Artist Melissa Francis (T-shirt) - design name "Colours of Home" -   St. John’s is famous for its colorful downtown row houses, that includes an array of different colour houses, with different coloured doors – a staple in Newfoundland culture. Especially on the iconic 'Jelly Bean Row.' This design features houses in the 2025 Canada Games logo colors.

Melissa M. Francis is a Mi’kmaw visual artist from Gander Bay, Ktaqmkuk (Newfoundland) and a member of the Qalipu First Nation. Her bold, colorful work draws on her heritage and the Newfoundland landscape, exploring themes of identity and economic struggle. Over the past decade, she has expanded into mural arts, collaborating nationally and internationally. Working in painting, sculpture, embroidery, and digital media, she is also a dedicated community artist and recent BFA graduate from Emily Carr University.  See more at Studio120NL
